REGISTER ONLINE FOR OPEN DAY HERE
Seeing the Campus at Hull and meeting the people in the Department
really is the best way to find out what life is like here, and whether
the University of Hull is a place where you would like to study.
Our Open Days are designed to provide you with information about all
aspects of student life at Hull. You will have the chance to ask questions,
and to meet some of the staff who will teach you, including the entire
first year academic team. Some of our current students will act as
guides to show you around the University and they will be glad to
answer questions (very honestly!) about all aspects of student life.
You will also get a free t-shirt and might even win something on the day.
Choice of Open Days
A number of Open Days are planned for 2009.
Departmental Open Days are organised by staff and students in the Department of Computer Science
specifically for students currently applying through UCAS. They take place between February and March
and are timed to accommodate visits prior to the UCAS deadline for students making their final decisions
on where they will study. These events are supported by the Student Recruitment Service and include tours
of accommodation, information and advice stands and even a bus tour of the city of Hull. See below for a
list of dates and to register for one of these open days.
University Open Days are organised by the University's Student Recruitment Service and will take place
between March and October 2009. They are aimed at providing information for students considering applying
to the University in the following year. To book these, go to
this page.
Please note that on all Open Days the Department of Computer Science presentation begins at 1.15pm in the Robert Blackburn Building.
The Robert Blackburn Building is located directly off the Great White Way which runs through the campus from Cottingham Road. (Finding Us)
